Jacked Piers
Jacked Piers are recommended and installed for needed structural support in either an interior or exterior location. Jacked Piers are very effective at stopping settlement, but can also close cracks, raise the structure and correct other structural issues caused by ground shifting and/or settlement.
Jacked piers provide for a two-stage system of initially hydraulically pushing the manufactured piers to load bearing support, then using hydraulic jacks, lifting the structure to the desired elevation.
Jacked Pier Applications
- Settlement remediation for structures of all types for loads up to 100 kips per pier
- Stabilization of existing structures
- Underpinning
Benefits of Jacked Pier Systems
